I designed this cover after spending a day in with Kevin Thornton in his restaurant. He cooked bacon & cabbage for his staff (and us) after lunch, it was amazing!
The photography is beautiful but the line of copy is great “Ireland’s Best Chef”, just sitting there it ruffles the feathers of the foodies.
Since then the restaurant has moved to the Fitzwilliam Hotel on St. Stephens Green. I have not been and must fit it in to my next trip home.
