I’m a graphic designer/art director/chief cook and bottle washer at Moroney Advertising.

My father was a newspaper machine man and grew up loving the smell of ink and roar of newsprint ripping through Hoe Crabtree letterpress presses. Worked summer months during my teenage years in the Irish Independent – sweeping floors, cleaning brass mats and running errands. The hot metal died when I was in college and just after my father retired the letterpress machines went quiet. Miss the smell and noise of news.
